What this site collects
When you sign up for updates, volunteer, request a yard sign, endorse, or contact us, the information you type is delivered to the campaign through Netlify Forms (our website host's form service) and stored so we can follow up. We only use it for campaign communication, and we never sell or rent it.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, which pages people visit so we can make the site better. We don't use advertising pixels or cross-site trackers, and Google Signals (ad personalization) is turned off.
Donations
Contributions are processed by Anedot on its own secure pages under Anedot's privacy policy. California law requires campaigns to collect and report the occupation and employer of contributors; that information becomes part of the campaign's public finance disclosures as required by the FPPC.
Campaign emails go only to people who signed up, and every message includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
